FAQ – Unaccompanied Child…

Q: Can children travel unaccompanied by an adult? A: All children under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult and others, over 15 but under 18, may need written authority from their parent or guardian if they are travelling without an adult. Please contact the carrier for further advice.

FAQ – Carrier Cancels…

Q: What happens if the carrier cancels my ferry? A: It is very rare for a carrier to cancel a ferry but, if they do, they will offer you a suitable alternative. You are not obliged to accept their offer and you can choose to claim a full refund of your ticket price instead.
