FAQ – Upgrades…

Q: Can I upgrade my seat or cabin onboard? A: Subject to availability, most carriers will allow you to upgrade onboard accommodation upon arrival if you pay the difference locally. Please ask at the reception desk on the ferry and they will check availability for you.

Q: How long does it take to disembark? A: Plan around 30 minutes for disembarkation, although this can vary from carrier to carrier and can be affected by the type of vessel, weather conditions, volume of vehicles and the postion of your vehicle on deck.
