Q: Is my credit card number secure when I make a booking? A:  Yes, all online bookings are handled via secure servers which encrypt all your details into a format that cannot be recognised. This website uses Thawte SSL encryption technology.

Q: Which credit cards can I use for payment? A:  Visa debit/credit/Electron, Mastercard and Switch – we do not accept Amercian Express or Solo.

Q: Do ferries have baby changing facilities? A: Yes. Most modern ferries have very good baby changing facilities.

Q: Can I take a friend’s child with me? A: Yes, but you must carry a letter of consent from the child’s parent or legal guardian or you may be refused permission to travel at the port. You should also check that the child has a passport in their own name.

Q: Are there any restrictions for travelling with infants? A: No. There are no particular restrictions for infants who are travelling together with their parent/s.
