FAQ – Disabled Facilities Onboard…

Q: What disabled facilities are provided onboard by the carrier?

A: This varies from carrier to carrier but most ferries are reasonably well equipped for disabled passengers.  Special services include:

  • Positioning your car close to doors and lifts on the car deck
  • Providing wheelchairs in the port, terminal building or onboard
  • Access to specially designed cabins onboard
  • Reserved seating area on the ship
