Q: Can I pay extra for priority boarding?
A: Sometimes, yes you can. Priority boarding is possible with some carriers and at some ports, especially when you book certain ‘Felxiplus’ or ‘First Class’ tickets. In fact, Eurotunnel’s ‘Flexiplus’ customers enjoy priority loading via dedicated lanes and their own special departure lounge, as well as the ability to switch crossings at no extra cost.
Disabled travellers with reduced mobility can request special assistance at the port and any specific requirements should be specified at time of booking. If in doubt, please contact the port for full information on the services they provide locally.
