Q: How do I cancel my booking?
A: The ability to cancel your booking and get your money back depends upon the type of ticket you have purchased and whether or not you have any cancellation insurance cover. If you don’t have cancellation insurance, then check the terms and conditions of your ticket to see if it is refundable. This information will have been shown on screen at the time of booking and sent to you in your confirmation email. If in doubt, check the standard terms and conditions of the carrier on their web site.
