Q: What cancellation charges will apply?
A: Normally, 100% of the ticket value will be lost because they are non-refundable. If you have cancellation insurance cover, you may be able to claim back the cost of your ticket depending upon the policy restrictions but an excess fee may be applied. In all cases, credit card charges and insurance premiums are not refundable under any circumstances.
