FAQ – Carrier Cancels…

Q: What happens if the carrier cancels my ferry?

A: It is very rare for a carrier to cancel a ferry but, if they do, they will offer you a suitable alternative. You are not obliged to accept their offer and you can choose to claim a full refund of your ticket price instead.
