Q: Why haven’t I received my confirmation email?
A: In order to travel, you will need a booking reference to present to the check-in desk at the ferry port and this will be shown on your email booking confirmation. If you haven’t received a confirmation email at the end of the booking process, this may be due to problems with either the email address you entered or your email service provider.
