Q: Can I transfer my ferry tickets to someone else?
A: Generally, this is not possible although carriers may consider transfering your booking to someone else in special cases or where the circumstances are extraordinary. Please call us if you need help.

Q: Can my ferry ticket be transfered to another vehicle? 
A: In most cases, yes. Amendment charges may apply and an additional fare may be applicable if the new vehicle dimensions are in a different fare category.

Q: When is the latest time I can amend my booking?
A: Amendments can be made up to 24 hours before departure for most carriers, subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the ticket. Amendment fees will apply.

Q: Can I amend my booking online?
A: No. Amendments can only be made by calling us on the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Q: What amendment charges apply?
A: Administration charges for amendments vary between carriers but average around £30/€37 for each change.
