A: No. Amendments can only be made by calling us on the number provided on your booking confirmation.

A: Administration charges for amendments vary between carriers but average around £30/€37 for each change. If you make a material change to your departure dates, crossing times, route, passenger numbers or on-board accommodation, there may also be an additional charge equivalent to the difference in the public fare for the new booking.

A: Yes, subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the carrier which may specify that additional charges apply for each change to the booking. Some special fares specify at the time of booking that the ticket cannot be changed or amended at any time, in which case you will not be able to make any changes and you will need to make a completely new booking.
