A: Yes. Most modern ferries have very good baby changing facilities.

FAQ – Friend’s Child…

Q: Can I take a friend’s child with me?
A: Yes, but you must carry a letter of consent from the child’s parent or legal guardian or you may be refused permission to travel at the port. You should also check that the child has a passport in their own name.

Q: I’m under 18.  Can I book a ferry online?
A: No. The terms and conditions of most carriers stipulate that you must be over 18 years of age to make a booking.

FAQ – Unaccompanied Child…

Q: Can children travel unaccompanied by an adult?
A: All children under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult and others, over 15 but under 18, may need written authority from their parent or guardian if they are travelling without an adult. Please contact the carrier for further advice.
