FAQ - Conflicting Currencies…

Q: What does the error message ‘Payment in conflicting currencies’ mean?

A: This message means that you have selected routes that must be paid for in different currencies. Therefore to get a price you must do a separate quote for each route.
e.g. Dover-Calais (GBP) and Ancona-Patras (EUR) must be done as 2 separate single bookings.

FAQ - What Currency…

Q: What currency do you accept?
A: The UKferrytickets booking engine accepts British currency (GBP) for all UK routes and Euros (EUR) for all non-UK routes. In all cases, any conversion to your home currency will be taken care of by your credit card company and will be shown on your statement.
