What’s the secret of a good sleep?

Fancy a good sleep in your hotel or on your flight?

Travelodge, a hotel company, has appointed a new director to make sure every one of its 17,000 rooms is equipped to give guests the best possible chance of a good kip. He’ll be able to call on feng shui experts and colour therapists to help out (and you thought being a journalist was a cushy job!)

Meanwhile, British Airways is doing a similar thing. It’s asked a medical expert to work out the best way of ensuring a good snooze at 30,000 feet.

Do you have any tips for them?
